Braeside Accommodation and Rates
We have 3 lovely en-suite rooms; 2 doubles (one of which can take 3 people using a guest bed) and a twin. All rooms have a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, free Wi-Fi and a radio alarm clock. There is ample free guest parking around the house. We can also provide an iron and ironing board and can do wash loads for you at £4 per load to wash and dry
We offer a large breakfast selection including a full cooked which is served between 7.30 and 8.30 am in our delightful conservatory overlooking the loch. If you need to make special arrangement or have special dietary requirements, them please advise us when booking so we can try to accommodate your needs.
We are a non-smoking establishment and hence ask that guests do not to smoke inside Braeside House and have provided an all weather area for your convenience outside the house.
We welcome guests to relax and be themselves, after all, you are on holiday!
We are not a licensed establishment, but should you wish to relax with a bottle of wine or share a wee dram with friends old or new, then please feel free to do so, providing you do consider our other guests. We have a wonderful seated patio area and a conservatory with the most spectacular views for you to relax and enjoy.
Check in is from 4.00 pm and check out time is 10.00 am but other arrangements can be made for earlier/late arrival.
